Heroes Unite is excited to announce its community-based project, GIVING BACK GREEN (GBG).
Our Green Carpet Grand Opening Event for the Dragon Garden, and its affiliated program at the Enchanted Park, in North Miami. The City of
North Miami Mayor Pierre, City officials, local business members, and the community came out to show support. We look forward to many
years of growth and service.

First Harvest at the Dragon Garden — Heroes Unite presents "Healthy Harvest" one of many sustainable gardening events offered at our community garden. Now is the time to (literally) reap the fruits of our labor. Community members are invited to gather produce from the first plantings. LEARN MORE.

First Workshop at the Dragon Garden — Heroes Unite presents "Nutritious Cooking with a Blender" the
first in a series of workshops offered at our community garden.
Erin Healy, Director of Food Justice and also contracted with Fairchild Tropical Gardens will be presenting a workshop on using
fresh produce to create amazing, quick and easy meals. Pudding out of avocados sounds awful,
but Erin has a recipe to make a chocolatey delight that will change your mind. Invite your friends, family and neighbors to
participate in the first in a series of workshops to explore new ways to improve your health, wellness and community. And by all means bring your kids!

Whole Foods has invited us to perform, as well as receive 5% of their sales as a donation, so PLEASE do your shopping on the
18th and meet our staff and students. We will also perform and solicit on Saturday, February 13th to provide advance notice of
this promotion. Join us at 207th Street in Aventura.
